Coca-Cola partnered with ArcTouch to redefine its loyalty program, with a new app at the center of it. As Gen Z comes of age — and with the shifting relationship between digital technology users and brands — Coca-Cola wanted to build a digital platform for customers to share personal interests, connect with causes they care about, and earn rewards for brand engagement.

The Coca-Cola +one app, now available for Android and iOS, delivers exceedingly personalized experiences. The experience begins with engaging questions that help power the +one platform’s intelligent content engine.
The app personalizes the content based on user responses, and suggests social causes, nearby events, contests, and special offers on Coca-Cola products and merchandise. Over time, the app displays fresh content based on how customers engage and interact.
