To solve this, ArcTouch created an immersive augmented reality (AR) training experience for critical energy infrastructure safety. The Buxus AR experience simulates high-stakes scenarios so first responders can practice decision-making in safe, repeatable environments. The modules recreate lifelike in-field incidents with realistic sound effects, including: a pipeline gas release near homes, an oil spill on a golf course, a fire in a rural and urban area, and various CO2 gas release scenarios under diverse weather conditions. The app helps reinforce best practices for safety and emergency readiness, with clear, measurable outcomes.
