Commitment

Commitment means setting clear expectations and then doing what we say we're going to do. We stand by our word, especially when that means putting in extra effort to find creative solutions to a technical challenge.

We make commitments as a team and as individuals.

We are transparent about our progress and our challenges.

We find creative solutions for problems that seem unsolvable.

Collaboration

Collaboration means lending a hand, seeking help when needed, and valuing everyone's input. We proactively engage beyond our own project roles. Unity is our strength, and together, we achieve more.

We succeed and fail as a team.

The work isn't done until everyone is done.

We share our knowledge through and beyond our team.

We create an inclusive workplace that helps us create better products for everyone.

Do I need to work in person?

At ArcTouch, we believe in giving employees the flexibility to work in a way that suits them best. While our office in Florianópolis, Brazil, is open every day of the week, working in person is not mandatory. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences when it comes to their work environment, which is why we also offer remote contracts.

We follow a remote-friendly work model and provide employees with the tools and resources they need to stay connected, work together seamlessly, and succeed from anywhere. Whether you prefer to work from home, a co-working space, or a beachside cafe, we trust our team to make the right decisions for themselves and their work.

Where are ArcTouch's clients located?

We work with awesome clients from all over the world. Most of our clients are located in the United States, but we also have clients in Canada and Europe.

What happens when my project ends?

When a project ends, you are assigned to a new project. There may be some idle time while you wait for another project to start. This is sometimes called "being on the bench."

We intentionally provide this time for two reasons: First, we understand that everyone can benefit from a break between projects to recharge and refocus. Second, having a bench of available experts allows us to take on new clients quickly and offers our staff the flexibility to switch projects periodically if they want, to meet new challenges and gain new experiences.

What will I be doing when I'm not assigned to a project?

At ArcTouch, we believe in providing our employees with growth and professional development opportunities. During the time between projects, you will define your activities with your leader according to your career goals. You can participate in internal and external learning exchange initiatives, our Mentoring Program, write articles for our blog, or do internal projects that help ArcTouch.

Will I have a career plan at ArcTouch?

We empower our employees to be proactive stewards of their own careers. This means you'll have the opportunity to discuss your career desires, performance, strengths, and development opportunities with your leader during your regular 1:1s. Your leader will support you in building a Development Plan that aligns your personal needs with our business needs, identifying opportunities for you to grow and succeed.
