ArcTouch Recognized as Great Place to Work in U.S., Brazil

We’ve always believed ArcTouch is a great place to work – and now we have proof.

We’re proud to say that we’ve been recently recognized as a Great Place to Work®. Great Place to Work is the global authority in recognizing high-performing workplace cultures, and renowned for its annual lists of best companies to work for.

First, we were honored in the United States, recognized as a Great Place to Work in both San Francisco and New York. But then the news got even better.

ArcTouch ranked No. 17 on a list of top technology companies in ALL of Brazil. Last week, ArcTouch Brazil general manager Cristiano Souza and talent manager Julian Farrapeira accepted this prestigious award at a ceremony in São Paulo (shown above). This is an extraordinary accomplishment, especially for a company in its first year being judged as a Great Place to Work. In addition to being recognized as one of the top companies in Brazil, ArcTouch was also awarded the No. 4 best place to work in the state of Santa Catarina, with our office located in Florianópolis.

Ever since ArcTouch was founded in 2009, our mission has been to help businesses connect with their customers by creating amazing custom experiences for mobile phones, tablets and smart things. And the best part about it? We’re just getting started. Gartner predicts that the “Internet of Things” will add 26 billion connected devices by 2020. All of which will need great software.

Our team is filled with thinkers, builders and dreamers. We are passionate about making great software and designing amazing experiences used by millions of people every day. We are fortunate to work with some of the world’s top brands, Fortune 500 companies, and innovative startups. And of course, since we’re tech geeks at our core, being able to use the latest and greatest technologies every day is amazing.

But we’re not all about the technology. We value the relationships we forge with our fellow team members and our clients. Our project teams are relatively small, and everyone has a voice and the opportunity to make a huge impact in what we do.

And the environment is great. When ArcTouch was created eight years ago, we wanted to create a place that people would enjoy coming to every day. We strive for a balance of work and play.
