Careers for App Developers
We are hiring skilled, creative, and flexible senior engineers. This is an opportunity for developers with strong object-oriented design, and attention to detail and quality, to contribute to and learn from a team of experienced peers.
Mobile Experience Not Required
Prior experience in mobile development is not required, as we’ll give you plenty of time to learn. In other words, we’re looking for pure intellect, not necessarily mobile app development experience.
Something New Every Few Weeks
Our projects are small and typically have between two and four people on them. They usually last two months. In a year, you could easily work on six different projects. One might be a social networking app, or augmented reality, or backend web services, or even a game… it’s different all the time.
If you like to learn new things, work on different technologies, and “ship” lots of products this will be your dream job. You’ll have tremendous impact over every app we make, and you’ll see your results in the app store and in people’s hands.
Culture & Benefits
We work hard to make every app perfect and treat every app like it’s our own product. Our founders are ex-Apple, and bring their strong sense of “best of the best” to our projects. We enjoy what we do (c’mon – we get to make apps for a living!) and we want everyone to have fun.
Our headquarters are in San Francisco next to South Park, two blocks away from AT&T Park, and within easy walking distance of Caltrain, BART, and the Transbay Terminal. Our brand new office lounge area has a huge TV with an Xbox 360 with Kinect, and the fridge is filled with drinks and snacks. You can bring your friendly dog to the office, work from home every Friday, and take advantage of the company’s Giants season tickets.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a bonus plan, 20 days of time-off per year, as well as health insurance (medical/dental/vision), flexible spending accounts, and other benefits like discounted commuter passes.
